What the Milwaukie Lions Do
Our club proudly supports many community programs, including vision and eye health programs, scholarships for local students, community service projects, support for local families and organizations, community events and fundraisers, and assistance programs for those in need. Every project helps strengthen the community we all share.
What Membership Looks Like
Many people are surprised by how flexible Lions membership can be. Typical involvement includes attending monthly meetings, participating in service projects, helping with community events, and enjoying social gatherings with fellow members. Most members volunteer a few hours per month, depending on their schedule.
Visit a Meeting or Service Event
One of the best ways to learn about the Milwaukie Lions is to join us at a meeting or service project. There is no obligation to join — just come meet our members and see what we are all about. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. You will find a welcoming group of people who care deeply about serving our community.
